Vocal Ensemble and Choir in Augusta, GA (Martinez)
Soundsphere’s Vocal Ensemble & Choir program gives singers the chance to grow beyond the practice room and make music as part of a group. Students learn how to blend their voice with others, hold a harmony part under pressure, and perform with the kind of confidence that only comes from rehearsing and singing as a team.
Rehearsals focus on vocal blend, part independence, harmony, sight-singing basics, and ensemble listening skills. Students build the ability to hold their own line while staying locked in with the group — a skill that carries over into any performance setting, from school choir to church music to future bands. Repertoire is chosen to build musicianship while keeping rehearsals engaging, and can include contemporary, gospel, pop, and classic vocal harmony styles.
Vocal Ensemble is part of Soundsphere’s Performance Groups program. All prospective members must pass a comprehensive evaluation for placement, which helps keep the ensemble balanced and ensures every singer can contribute confidently from day one.

Repertoire can include contemporary, pop, gospel, and classic vocal harmony styles, chosen to build musicianship while keeping rehearsals engaging. Song selection balances student interest with skill-building.
Vocal Ensemble is open to committed singers across age groups who are ready for group rehearsal and performance. Placement is based on the evaluation rather than age alone, so the right fit depends on a student’s current vocal skill and readiness.
